Kevin has been in the education field for 30+ years. Combined with his experience as a former police officer, he effectively develops learning ecosystems for the education community by paying particular attention to the students’ social emotional learning and teachers’ trauma-informed instruction. Kevin’s life experiences give him a unique perspective on what’s happening and what needs to happen to ensure the safety and security of our students from both a physical and psychological standpoint.
Gabrielle and Rafael’s leadership methodology is rooted in the successful practices and strategies from a spectrumof educational experiences, ranging from a high-performing urban high school and an alternative 7-12 educational setting to enriching contributions in a gifted mathematics program and adjunct professor roles at the university level. Leveraging over 60 years of collective experience in educational leadership, they offer their clients proven and effective strategies aimed at elevating their organizations to exceptional levels of excellence.
Mark has been the Superintendent of the Niagara Falls City School District since 2016. In a 40-year career, Laurrie taught elementary and special education, served as Assistant Principal of two schools, Chief Educational Administrator of Niagara Falls HS, and Deputy Superintendent of Schools. He has received dozens of honors including: Niagara USA Chamber Businessperson of the Year, Police Athletic League Sportsperson of the Decade, Leadership Niagara Distinguished Alumni Award, and Niagara University Educator of the Year. Mark’s unwavering commitment has established him as THE content area expert regarding all things education for the WNY region and beyond.
