Jason Thayer is an experienced professional with over 20 years of leadership in management, construction, and quality assurance. As the Owner and Manager of Riverview Estates in Fillmore, NY, he oversees operations, financial planning, and property maintenance. Previously, Jason served in Afghanistan, where he held key roles such as Site Manager for a private aviation company and QA/QC Lead for DynCorp International, demonstrating his ability to manage complex operations, train personnel, and implement process improvements. With a strong background in construction project management, he has successfully led over 200 projects. Jason holds various certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt and OSHA 30 Hour Course, showcasing his commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

He was in charge of the Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES Distance Learning Program, serving as Co-President of the NYS Distance Learning Consortium, and President of the BOCES’ Administrative Management Association. His work with distance/virtual learning equipment has positively impacted Thousands of students across New York State and the country.
