Step 1:

Have a Vulnerability Analysis conducted by Ink Labs partner The CSI Group to proactively identify potential security threats by assessing weaknesses within your systems and their potential consequences.

Step 2:

Let our experts from Ink Labs create a Risk Assessment from CSI’s Vulnerability Analysis that prioritizes their findings. Together we will come up with a 2-year plan of action with attainable goals and objectives that will address your vulnerabilities and identify what products and services may be needed to secure your buildings.

Step 3:

Meet with Ink Labs grants partner Live Oak to search and discover grant and funding opportunities. Live Oak will work directly with you and will provide grant writing support to help you secure the funds you need over the course of two years.

Step 4:

Once funding is in place, acquire your desired products and services through Ink Labs from one of our valued partners. Products address a variety of needs, including both concealed & visual weapons detection systems, hand-held metal detectors and wands, security cameras, wearable/mobile crisis alert technology, protective window films, secure door locking systems, and a wide range of school focused safety and security seminars and trainings.

Step 5:

Engage the industry experts at Ink Labs to create an ongoing Professional Development and Training Plan to address vulnerabilities, while improving the safety climate and culture in your building.

Step 6:

Work with Ink Labs to evaluate the entire process, documenting success and revisiting the risk assessment in preparation for Year 2 of your safety & security initiative.
